UrbanEdge offers an unconditional re-service guarantee on every commercial cleaning contract. If something was missed, not done to standard, or you're not satisfied with the visit, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back and put it right. No charge. No argument.
It's the simplest service guarantee in commercial cleaning, and it's the one our clients hold us to.
How the guarantee works
- We complete the scheduled clean and email a photo-backed service report.
- If you spot anything missed or unsatisfactory, you reply to that email or text the operator within 24 hours.
- We schedule a return visit within 24–48 hours (or that same night for after-hours work).
- We fix it. You don't pay extra.
- We log the issue internally so it doesn't happen again.
What the guarantee covers
- Anything on the agreed scope of work that wasn't completed
- Areas that didn't meet the agreed standard
- Equipment or surfaces that needed extra attention
- Stains, marks or detail items we missed
- Anything the duty manager or front-of-house staff flag the next morning

Photo-backed service reports
Every visit is documented with photos and a service report emailed within 24 hours. You see exactly what was done, and so do we. That's why our re-service rate is low: we already see what we missed before you do.
Direct line to the operator
You don't lodge a complaint through a call centre. You text or call the person responsible for your site. The response is immediate.
Fully insured
$20M public liability insurance on every job. WorkCover QLD on every staff member. If something goes wrong on-site that's our fault, we cover it. Period.
Police-checked, vetted crew
Every team member at your site has passed a national police check. Childcare-facing crew hold current QLD Working With Children Checks. We don't put anyone on a job we wouldn't put in our own venue.
Cancellation & flexibility
Most of our commercial contracts run on a no-lock-in basis with 30 days' notice. We don't believe in trapping clients into multi-year contracts that disincentivise us from doing good work. If you're not happy, you should be free to leave, and our job is to make sure you never want to.
The reverse guarantee
The flip side: if you book us, we expect a fair scope of work, clear access, and prompt payment. That's what lets us deliver the standard our clients are paying us for. We're not the cheapest cleaner on the Gold Coast, but the value is in the consistency, the documentation, and the guarantee.
