UrbanEdge Property Maintenance is a Gold Coast owned and operated commercial cleaning and property maintenance contractor. We were built specifically for high-standard commercial work, RSL clubs, pubs, hotels, medical centres, childcare, real estate portfolios and strata. We don't take on residential cleans.
Our entire operation is set up around what commercial clients actually need: predictable schedules, documented service, after-hours capability, professional crew, full insurance, and one direct line to the operator.
Why we're commercial-only
Residential and commercial cleaning are two different businesses. They use different chemicals, different equipment, different scheduling, different documentation, and different compliance requirements.
Most cleaners try to do both, and the commercial clients suffer for it. We don't. Every dollar we spend on training, equipment, chemicals and systems goes into making us better at commercial work.
What we stand for
Reliability
We turn up when we said we would. Every time. RSLs, pubs and childcare centres can't tolerate a cleaner who shows up "around 6-ish". Our crews work to the minute.
Documentation
Every site visit is photo-documented. Every chemical we use has a current SDS on file. Every service report is emailed within 24 hours. If you need it for accreditation, committee meetings, audit or owner reporting, we already have it.
Discretion
Our crew is police-checked, briefed on confidentiality, and trained to be invisible. Members never see us. Patients never see us. Children never see us. The result is what they see.
Direct accountability
You get the mobile number of the person responsible for your site. No call centres, no ticket numbers, no "let me check with the office". You text, we respond. That's the deal.

Our service standard
We're not the cheapest cleaner on the Gold Coast. We're the most reliable. If you're looking for the absolute lowest hourly rate, we're not the right fit. If you're looking for a contractor who turns up, does the work properly, documents what was done and never makes you chase them, that's exactly who we are.
Coverage
We service the entire Gold Coast as our primary territory, from Coolangatta in the south to Coomera and Pimpama in the north, hinterland and coast. We also service Brisbane Metro as a secondary territory for established commercial clients.
