Most of our cleans happen between 10pm and 7am, weekends, and during your shutdown periods. Pubs after last drinks. RSLs before the front door opens. Offices between leaving and arriving. Childcare after the last pickup. You never see us, but you walk in to a site that is ready for the day.

Are you fully insured?
Yes, UrbanEdge holds $20M public liability insurance plus WorkCover QLD on every staff member. We're happy to provide a Certificate of Currency on request before signing any contract.
Is your crew police-checked?
Every team member at every site holds a current National Criminal History Check. Crew assigned to childcare facilities also hold valid QLD Working With Children Checks.
Do you work after-hours and weekends?
Yes, most of our work is after-hours. RSLs and pubs are typically cleaned between 1am and 7am, medical centres after 6pm or before 7am, childcare after 6pm. We staff to match your operating hours.
What's your minimum contract term?
Most of our commercial contracts run on a no-lock-in basis with 30 days' notice. We don't believe in trapping clients into multi-year contracts, our job is to make sure you never want to leave.
Do you provide service reports?
Yes, every visit comes with a written, photo-backed service report emailed within 24 hours. Format suits body corporate documentation, accreditation evidence packs, and owner reporting.
Can you set up a trade account for property managers?
Yes, for established commercial real estate agencies and property management firms we offer 30-day trade accounts with portfolio pricing, itemised invoices coded to property addresses, and a single point of contact.
Which Gold Coast suburbs do you service?
